The website belongs to destinobogota.com, owned by VIA COLOMBIA TRAVEL SERVICES E.U., henceforth called Operating Agent, states that it acts as an intermediary between users and the entities or persons responsible for providing the services of ground transportation, lodging,  car rental, food, extreme sports or any other service contracted through the Web site destinobogota.com. Here the Operating Agent agrees to comply with the services mentioned, except as specified in these Terms and Conditions. Also, the Operating Agent is not responsible for the failure of such entities in the execution of their duties, or by unforeseen events such as strikes, weather conditions, delays, earthquakes, quarantines, as well as the material, personal or moral damages that the passengers might suffer due to the loss, damage or theft of their baggage, accidents, illnesses or deaths.

In regards to the above mentioned situations, the users must issue their claims directly to the companies providing the breached service. The Operanting Agent will help the user as much as possible. These Conditions are governed by the rules of civil and commercial law and other applicable laws.

VIA COLOMBIA TRAVEL SERVICES E.U., ACTING AS A TRAVEL AGENCY IS SUBJECT TO THE LIABILITY REGIME ESTABLISHED BY LAW 300 OF 1996 AND IN REGLAMENTARY DECREE 1075OF 1997.

OBSERVATIONS: The prices mentioned in this site can be changed without previous notice due to the change in the cost of any item, or to changes in monetary exchange rates.

SIGN UP: The fact of signing up in any of the offered programs, means that nothing should be understood or imagined as included imagined if it is not described in the program.

RESERVATIONS: Once you choose the programs of your preference, select the day and time of your choice and the number of participants in your group. Next you can make your booking deposit using our secure online payment system with any of the mayor credit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX, DINERS). If you prefer a wire transfer, money order, money transfer, or direct payment in our offices please contact us.

BAGGAGE: The Operator expressly denies any liability in case of loss, damage or theft under any circumstances. We recommend that passengers witness the handling, loading and unloading of their baggage.

CHANGES MADE BY THE CLIENT / PASSENGER: Until we confirm your booking you can make any changes for free. In case of any changes afterwards, the Operator will calculate on the current prices that may differ from the originally set amount.

CANCELLATION: You may cancel your reservations at any time and you are entitled to a refund of your reservation unless the hired program conditions indicate something else. However,once your booking is confirmed, we deserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. From the booking up to two weeks prior to your arrival the Operator will refund the paid amount minus booking fees and charges. If the cancellation is made within two weeks and three days cause a charge of the total deposit. For a valid cancellation the person made the reservation has to send a written message. However, the conditions for hotel reservations and car rentals are different since there are established by the terms and conditions of the Interactive Affiliate Network.

COMPLAINTS: All complaints must be made via e-mail or mail.

AGREEMENT: When a client enrolls in any program sold by Via Colombia Travel Services he states that he knows and approves the terms of the General Conditions mentioned above, which are available to be printed, as well as the special conditions described in the brochure of every program. Limitations on commercial and personal use: This site can only be used to make reliable reservations or purchase good, and cannot be used for purposes other than those described herein. Speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations will not be conduct.
